New to CHES?
You may complete your registration today by calling our office to arrange an appointment or join us on August 5th to present and/or complete the following for your child:
- Bring 3 proofs of residency
- Child’s original birth certificate
- DH 680 State of Florida Immunization Form
- Physical (within a year)
- Social Security Card
*Teacher assignments will be given within 3 days of a new registration
Returning to CHES?
As we return to school this year, we ask all returning families to begin in our cafeteria to show one proof of residency. Although masks are optional, we have a plan to spread out our registration process by last name. Once registration items are updated, you will receive your child’s teacher assignment and meet his/her teacher.
- Update emergency cards
- Pay school fees ($29)
- Receive bus pass or car tag
- Bring your child’s school supplies to avoid a heavy backpack on the first day
